These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zwira websites, WhatsApp and messaging channels, accounts, and related services ("Services") operated by Zwira Technologies Limited ("Zwira", "we", "us").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate information during registration and KYC. We may refuse or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. Our services

Zwira provides business software for messaging and customer operations. Regulated payment or account services, where available, are offered by licensed partner institutions. We facilitate software experiences that may connect to those partners.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, WhatsApp access, transaction PIN, and recovery details. Notify us immediately at support@usezwira.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts to prevent fraud or comply with regulation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Break any law, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules
Transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment instructions
Interfere with or abuse our systems, partners, or other users
Reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law

Fees, transaction limits, and tier requirements are disclosed in-product or on our website. We may change fees or limits with notice where required by law or partner rules.

6. Messaging

By using Zwira on WhatsApp or other channels, you consent to receive service, security, and transactional messages related to your account. Marketing messages will follow applicable consent rules.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability is limited as allowed under Nigerian law and our agreements with partners.
